Exposure Trip.

Fourth Grade has just started. Hillsdale has scheduled an exposure trip for the students.

Katelyn came to school. It was a normal sunny day. Katelyn only brought a small bag since they wouldn't have much subjects or probably none.

The class entered the school's air-conditioned bus. Ms. Frey led them. Katelyn sat beside Yvonne Stidder. A chubby girl, tanned complexion, black hair reaching her chin.

They chatted. Got to know each other. They were telling each other stories and all then "I think you'll be our president." Katelyn reacted by asking "What?" "I mean. You're a good girl and you've got lots of friends." Yvonne explained.

Katelyn shrugged, not actually thinking about the upcoming elections for the class officers.

They went down the bus after reaching their first destination. Some place where they form fertilizers and stuff. Katelyn domehow felt sick. At first thinking maybe it was all because of the bad smell, but later realized that her temperature's getting hot. What's worse, it started drizzling.

The whole trip didn't become exciting and all for Katelyn. She hated the weather, sunny then rainy.

The class went back to Hillsdale Academy.

Katelyn went to the clinic since she still felt sick.

Nice. Just the start of the school year and she finds herself inside the clinic. The exposure trip didn't actually become a successful activity.

Broken Plan.

After a long vacation. It's time for Katelyn to attend grade 4.

Katelyn was still awaken by their maid. Around 9am. She turned the AC off. Walked sownstairs upto the dining table to take her breakfast. Then ran up the stairs to take a bath. She wore her uniform.

The bus fetch her and drove her upto school. Upon reaching the school grounds the conductor carried her bag down and she started dragging it. She looked for her section.

Upon entering the room, she felt irritated just hearing the noise her classmates were making. It was too much.

They did the same routine like the other years. Passing the requirements, meeting their adviser. Her name's Ms. Frey. A tall white girl. With straight reddish hair falling down her back. She was a science teacher.

She explained things to the class. Gave them cutout strips of art paper. Color Coding. They had to place the cutout pieces of paper at the sides of their notebook to indicate the subject.

She gave them the schedules. Arranged the seating arrangement. By class number. Katelyn sat beside a guy named Luke Pradd. Tan complexion. Had a short hair. A little chubby. Funny.

It was time for recess. It felt, different without the other two girls with her. Katelyn can't wait until dismissal. The plan the three of them had for the first day of grade 4. She was looking forward to it.

The bell rang. Dismissal. The class bid goodbye to their new adviser. Katelyn rushed out of the classroom. Excited to meet Carrie and Madeline. Her eyes looked checked the mango tree. Carrie and Madeline weren't there. Katelyn felt down but just went to her bus. Nice start for a new school year. she thought. Then sighed.

End of Grade 3.

After losing communication with Johanna Izzo, being friends with Sarah Trestle again, being Erik Olssen's enemy, being friends with Madeline Murphy and Carrie Jackson. It's about time to end her life as a third grader.

As close as they've gotten, the girls wanted to keep the friendship. In case they get different section which was so possible. The girls wrote each other a letter.

Carrie and Madeline's letter for Katelyn said

"Hey Katelyn! Since we might not be classmates anymore for grade 4, let's meet. First day of school. Under the mango trees. Dismissal. Okay?"
Katelyn can't help smiling after seeing her friends' letter. She remembered that.
As for Erik Olssen. The two of them were able to settle their differences, before the school year ended. No more fights, though they still somehow oppose each other. Let's leave it to that.

The Trio.

Katelyn had officially started her third grade. Walked into Stansfield building. Into her new classroom and her new teacher.

Met her new friends. Her new enemies.

Let's skip the enemies part for a while. Let's meet her new found friends.

After Grade 2. Katelyn hasn't gotten any connection with Johanna. She met new friends. Madeline Murphy and Carrie Jackson. Madeline with her white complexion and long black straight hair. Carrie with her tan skin and ash brown hair.

The three of them became friends. Started sharing secrets. Sharing the cup noodles.

Once they had this project. Dance project. They were grouped with Yamamoto Shuu. Part Japanese.

Madeline would fetch Katelyn from her house then they would go to Carrie's house. The first time Katelyn went there, she saw so many birds with different colored feathers. Carrie and Yamamoto welcomed them. They went to Carrie's room. Opened the computer and played Neopets. They formed an account for Katelyn. While doing this, they chatted and ate plain flavored french fries with ketchup.

They took time having fun. They started creating their dance. Formed their steps. Katelyn was getting the hang of it. Though she moved faster than the others. At least she was able to change that.

Days passed and they hanged out during recess. Eating cup noodles. Beef flavor. They would talk about different things and laugh.

They went to Carrie's house again to practice. Together with Yamamoto of course. There's this extra thing. Besides the practice, they went to the park, played at the swing. Then Yamamoto left. Missing all the fun. The three girls went to the club house. They jumped onto the swimming pool. Carrie asked them to bring extra clothes. So everything was just fine.

Carrie's maid fetch them saying that Madeline's grandfather is waiting for her and Katelyn.

They wore their extra set of clothes immediately. Ran back to Carrie's house, their hair still wet.

That became Katelyn's set of friends. Best friends.

Grade 3 Has Begun.

After spending a whole summer together with Aunt Emily and her other cousins, It's time to go back to school. As a Third Grader.

Belle woke Katelyn up at around 5am. Katelyn, opened the curtain just to find the dark colored sky. Katelyn wasn't used to waking up this early anymore. She remembered the days she would wake up seeing the sun's bright rays. She went down her bed and left the room, leaving Kaye sleeping.

Kalley on the other hand was just about to leave. She bid goodbye to Katelyn, grabbed her duffel bag and left.

Katelyn on the other hand sat at the dining table and ate her breakfast. Then took a bath. Wore her uniform and waited for her bus. Belle came to wake Kaye up, several times. She's going to be late and that would be hard. For her first year in college. She took the course of nursing. At the same university she took her highschool years.

Katelyn's bus arrived and Belle dragged her stroller bag to the conductor. Katelyn rode the bus. Ben, their driver fetch the same people. Sarah, Halley and her brother. Tyler Brandon. A high school student. He talks to Katelyn, Sarah and Halley inside the bus every dismissal. He would start cracking up jokes which makes the three girls laugh. Sarah laughs the most. Even when she stares at him and he stares back, without saying a word, she would start laughing.

Katelyn didn't have the same section as Sarah anymore. Even Johanna. Lucky for Sarah, she's together with Sal. Who knows what might happen? Goodluck to Sarah.

Katelyn entered the new building. The Stansfield Building. Starting from grade 3 until the last days of Katelyn's elementary years she would be staying in that building.

She entered the first room she saw, since it was her classroom. A lot of students were there. New faces.

Their new teacher entered the room. Mrs. Tullington. She's a little too little for her age. She had black curly short hair. Dark red lipstick.

She greeted the class. They had votations about the president. Katelyn shockingly was nominated as president. She battled against Erik Olssen. Someone tall, yet chubby. He won. Katelyn became the vice president. Since then the fight between the two has started.

Summer.

Katelyn's second year in elementary has just ended. She came to her school and got her report card, enclose to it is her third honor card. Just before the end of their fourth quarter, Ms. Pardee had distributed Summer training brochures.

Katelyn saw the part about the voice training and so she convinced her parents to enroll her to it. Mr. and Mrs. Fields agreed to it and asked Kalley to enroll her sister at once.

Katelyn was totally looking forward to it. But since she still had some time to relax, she decided on going to Aunt Emily's house. Practically, she would see, Aunt Emily and Irina together with their children. Aunt Emily's husband always stays in Japan. They live there actually and just comes to the Philippines for a visit. Aunt Constance on the other hand, left for Israel. She followed Katelyn's mom and dad who works there. Leaving Sydney with her lazy father.

Grandma Clarice fetch Katelyn from her house and they both went to Aunt Emily's house.

Katelyn ran towards Aunt Emily and hugged her. She did the same to Akemi, who by the way grew taller than the last time Katelyn saw her. She sat at the dining table and chatted with her aunt. She missed Aunt Emily so much.

After dinner, they all went to Aunt Emily's room. Then she set up the video system. Katelyn's other cousins started to arrive. Sydney, who had her long hair cut into a short one. Shaggy one in fact. Her hair style made her look like a boy. Jane on the other hand still looked fine. Still had her white complexion compared to her sisters. Then, Yvonne came. Supported by her mother Aunt Irina. Then Mae. The youngest among the three girls.

When everything was set, Aunt Emily played the video tape. Katelyn remained at the bed and watched. She started giggling and laughing after seeing herself as a child.

They usually stayed at the Fields, and play with the hay. Their aunts would hold their feet and hands then start throwing them to the hay. It was fun. Then they would stand up then ask their aunts to throw them again. They would do that, even under the sun. They video's focus changed to Miko. He was holding a spoon and trying to get some hay. You might think it's weird and gross, but well, Miko isn't normal. At least you could see that he's happy hanging around his family.

Aunt Emily changed the tape. The next one contained a video of Katelyn. Standing holding a notebook and a pencil. "As a kid, you would always bring notebook and a pencil. Even when you go somewhere you would put those things inside your mom's bag." Katelyn chuckled. It does show that she loves writing. Then a scene came. When Katelyn was sitting at the bed's headboard and she teased Jane. Jane pulled her and she actually fell. They all laughed. Even Katelyn. She started teasing Jane again but Jane just laughed it out. The used to be easily annoyed Jane has changed into someone open for jokes.

Aunt Emily changed the tape again. The next tape contained Kalley and Kaye's fight. They fought like cats ready to scratch each other's eyes out. This wasn't new for Katelyn. After living with her sisters, practically her whole life. She had become used to it. Sometimes, they would fight like wrestling divas. Pushing each other, not complaing even when they hit hard things but surely they both cry. Katelyn, even though she's not included in their fights, starts to cry and stop them but they won't listen anyhow. At least the number of their fights have lessened. Katelyn thought.

That was the last tape. They had stayed that way, chatting, playing for several days. Then Katelyn's sister came. She said that it was time for Katelyn's voice lessons. She came back to her school. They did voice exercises. Performed at the end of the summer break. Or well, the training. Katelyn didn't learn much from the training. Because the truth is, she never listened much to their trainer.

Katelyn actually spent her whole summer with her favorite aunts and cousins.

First Ever.

Third quarter in Hillsdale Academy has practically ended. It was the moment of truth for the achievers. Katelyn wasn't one of them, ever. And basically she never expected to be one. She had this idea that maybe Hillsdale's standard is just too high for her.

It was around 5pm or so when the grade 2 students gathered at the activity area located at Fortworth building.

Katelyn as usual chit-chatted with her friends. Her section formed two lines. One for the boys and one for the girls. They took their seats at the floor.

The teachers took their turns. From the first class to the last. Calling every achiever's names. Katelyn never listened. She just kept on chatting with her classmates. Johanna especially.

Their class just clap their hands until Ms. Pardee's names was called by her co-teacher.

Katelyn suddenly kept quiet. "For the third honors of my class..." She started. Ms. Pardee started calling out her student's names. "And finally.." She paused. Possibly thinking that her pause would give some suspense to her announcement and all. "Katelyn Fields." After hearing this, Katelyn didn't actually absorb the announcement at once. But fortunately she did and she stood up.

It was totally unexpected but Katelyn was thankful and happy. She would be able to go home and tell her sisters about it. Also her parents once they call that is. They would be proud of her. That's the most important thing for her. To be able to make her family proud of her. To do something in her life. Something good.

Everything was good, she was walking her way to the front. To her adviser holding the mic. She was happy. Until. "First time!" Ms. Pardee added.

Katelyn stopped from walking. But continued anyway. Great. Why do you need to add the 'first time' thing? Katelyn thought. With or without the first time thing, she was still able to get something she never expected.

Johanna Izzo.

Now that Katelyn's officially in grade 2. She have stopped living a life where Avalon Greene existed. She met her new friends, including Sarah Trestle. They were good at first but after knowing that her crush has a crush on Katelyn, Sarah started to hate her. What would they do, when their circle of friends are practically the same?

Katelyn met new friends in their class, including Johanna Izzo. A brunette. Funny, kind, and she had this leadership skills in her. She actually formed W.I.T.C.H. Base on the comic series of 5 girls with magical powers. They were addicted to it at that time. Katelyn, as a member had the code name ICE.

Johanna Izzo. Became Katelyn's bestfriend that year. That she would even come visit Katelyn at her house.

They would talk about small problems, boys and more. She usually stands in front of the sliding glass door of the terrace, connected to Katelyn's room. She would listen to Katelyn as she whine about her problems. She would give her funny advices. Serious ones as well.

They would walk from Katelyn's house to Johanna's. Johanna's house had a green gate and roof. Near her house is a building of stores. Sometimes the two girls would drop by and buy candies.

Johanna had been a part of Katelyn's life. She would give her advices about Sarah Trestle. Even about Roman Karbowski.

Roman Karbowski is their classmate. A thin guy with an average height and curly short hair.

He started giving Katelyn stuff. Like one time, they had a prokect about sending people letters through the mail. He sent her a letter. It contained useless stuff but it also informed Katelyn that he likes her. Ever since then, he started giving her bookmarks. Containg hearts, and whatever. It annoyed Katelyn but she somehow ignored it.

Johanna was there to help her at least. The fight between her and Sarah had gone down. They weren't exactly friends again but they didn't argue anymore.

Friendship Nearly Turned to Hatred.

Katelyn Fields had just started her second year in elementary. She had met new busmates, Halley Brandon and Sarah Trestle. Would those friendship advance to being best friends?

Katelyn as usual was awaken by Belle. She ate her breakfast, sausage and ham. Then she took a bath. She didn't hurry. She had a lot of time. She wore her uniform. She found Hillsdale uniform very cute though not when she's wearing it. She looked at herself in the mirror and chuckled after seeing her messy hair. She brushed her hair and let it dry.

She didn't tie it today.

After wearing her socks and black leather shoes, she waited for her school bus.

She sat at a chair just in front of their garden and then went to sam. She patted his white furry head. He looked so cute even then.

Her school bus arrived and honked. She entered the school bus. The bus moved backwards. Everytime the bus moves backwards an annoying childish sound would start playing. Katelyn groaned after hearing it. It kind of ruins her mood, though she doesn't know why.

The bus had many stops, but Katelyn didn't mind. She liked staring out the window and feeling the air on her face. She still sat at the far end and kept quiet. Her bus fetch Sarah then Halley and her brother.

Upon reaching school, Katelyn, Sarah and Halley went to the waiting area. The grade 2 students needed to wait until 12am for their classes to start. So for those who came early, they would line their bags up at the waiting area and wait.

Katelyn remained seated at the green painted bench of the waiting area. The other students were all playing ang making noise. She was looking down at the floor when someone stood in front of her. She looked up just to find that it was her busmate Sarah Trestle.

"Oh. Hey Sarah." She greeted. Instead Sarah sighed. After some seconds, she started talking. "I hate you." After hearing this, Katelyn gasped for air. She was caught off guard with Sarah's words. Is she joking? What? This isn't funny. Katelyn thought. Before she could even ask why, Sarah continued. "I hate you, cause the person I like doesn't like me back. But instead He likes you." "Huh? Wait, who?" Katelyn asked. "Sal Rodriguez." Sarah said, confidently and pointed at the boy talking with his friends. "Oh." Katelyn reacted.

Since then, the fight between this almost best friends started. What would happen? Will their fight end?

Officially in Grade 2.

So Katelyn had been absent for the first day of school.

She, again, was awaken by Belle at around 10:30am. Seeing the sun's rays hurt Katelyn's eyes.

She jumped off her bed and went downstairs. Directly to the dining table. She ate her breakfast and went back to her room. Then to the Bathroom. She wore Hillsdale's elementary uniform. Dried her hair and tied it.

Katelyn's grandfather decided to assign her a new bus. Luckily the bus Katelyn saw the day before was the one.

She sat on their couch and watched the television as usual. Went to MTV's channel and check for new songs. She tried to be updated with new songs all the time. Katelyn while waiting for her new bus remained sitting and listened to the songs. Singing along from time to time.

Her new school bus just came. Honked in front of her house and Belle dragged her pink stroller bag to the bus conductor. Katelyn climbed inside the school bus and stayed at the far end. Just behind the driver. Their driver's name was Ben. "Hi Katelyn." he greeted the kid. "Hello." Katelyn answered though she just wanted to be silent. It felt awkward staying in a place full of strangers. "You have the same section as Sarah Trestle." "Okay." was all that Katelyn answered but she wondered "Who's this Sarah Trestle I'm gonna be classmates with? and. busmates too." She continued wondering that as she stared out the window.

The school bus stopped in front of a house with bluegreen gates and honked. A girl with really pale skin and long hair walked towards the school bus. She looked kind and sociable.

Last stop. In front of a house with a white gate. Out came a girl, skinny. Her hair was brown and she had beautiful curls. Katelyn loved that part of the girl. A boy walked behind the girl. Probably her brother. They both entered the school bus.

Ben then drove to Hillsdale. Katelyn walked her way to her section. Together with Sarah Trestle. They formally introduced themselves to each other. Katelyn said hi to the girl with curly hair. She also told the girl her name. "Hello. I'm Halley. Halley Brandon."

Halley seperated ways from Katelyn and Sarah. She had a different section.

Upon entering the classroom. Katelyn was glad not to see Avalon Greene from her new set of classmates.

Their lady walked into the classroom. Sarah told Katelyn that their adviser's name was Ms. Angelica Pardee.

Lucky for Katelyn, she didn't miss a lot of things from that one day of being absent.

Absent.

After Grade one, Katelyn's family have moved into a new house. She have adjusted to her new surrounding. It felt the same except she never played outside. She had no friends in their neighborhood. What's worse, there's this old lady who was very mean and scary living next door. Nothing much changed in their house except they had a gate now. Their walls inside the house had a pattern design. Their house was also extended.

Vacation had ended, she spent it watching television. Watching cartoons and asian series. It was nearly time for the start of classes. So Katelyn and her sisters bought new stuff. School materials and alike.

It was the first day of school. Katelyn's things were all settled. She was awaken by her maid, Belle at around 9 am.

Ara left when she was in Grade 1. After Rose's sudden disappearance from Katelyn's life, she had this thing about not being so attached to their maids. She realized that those people won't stay forever. They would leave. Being attached to them would let Katelyn end up crying once they step out of her life.

Katelyn walked downstairs and ate breakfast. She took a bath using the 3 bathrooms. Katelyn got dressed up, wearing her white silk blouse, Green checkered pleated skirt and necktie with her school's logo.

She let her hair dry and then tied it. She eventually learned how to tie her own hair, without the help of her sisters or maid. After finishing what she had to, she sat at the couch and started flipping through the channels of their television. She settled in for MTV.

Katelyn wasn't used to waking up in the morning without her sisters.

Now her eldest sister was in first year college. Studying at a famous University, with the course of Legal Management. Her other sister still in fourth year high school. They both left the house for school early in the morning. Probably Kalley didn't leave the same time as Kaye did since she's now in a different school. Somewhere far. Katelyn thought.

Katelyn waited for her school bus. Standing and sitting from time to time because of impatience. She worried that maybe her school bus didn't exactly know how to get to her new house. She saw a bus circle around the tree in the middle of their street. The bus fetch a student from the house just in front of Katelyn's.

It was 11:30am. No bus yet. Katelyn gave up. She just stayed in her house and watched different shows. She basically skipped her first day of school. When Belle would ask why her bus hasn't come, Katelyn just shrugs and smile.

Her sisters had gone home when they saw Katelyn. Kalley arrived first, then Kaye.

They both asked why Katelyn was home early. "Actually. I didn't go to school today." Katelyn answered her sisters. "Why?" Katelyn told them that her school bus never came. "You could've commute or something since you have money right?" Kalley asked. "Well. Yes. I do.--" Katelyn wasn't done speaking when Kaye placed her hand on Katelyn's shoulder and told Kalley. "Kalley, we all know Katelyn just wanted to stay home to watch her favorite asian show right?" After saying this, Kaye looked at Katelyn. "Well, she's right." Katelyn finished of. Their conversation ended there.

Katelyn hasn't thought about school until before she went to sleep. She worried that she might've missed a lot of important reminders. But then she just prayed and went to sleep.

Relocation. Again. And Again.

Grade one has officially ended. Katelyn had a new dog. Got through a year with Avalon Greene. Liked Terrence Vreeland for a year as well. Now it's time for a vacation.

It was a sunny day when the three girls together with their parents' friends searched for a new possible house.

They entered this subdivision. And after a long trip, they finally found the perfect house. It had beige color painted walls and no gate. 4 rooms, 3 bathrooms, attic, terrace.

Their parents aproved of their choice. They paid the downpayment.

Katelyn bid goodbye to her friends. Meredith, Sam, Claudine and Samantha. For the last time they played a game. Though exhausted, Katelyn bid her goodbye to her friends and left.

Their furnitures were placed in a truck and their other things iside boxed also plaved inside the truck. They bought a lot of new furnitures for the new house.

Sam rode the same vehicle as Katelyn. While they were arranging their things, specifically the chandelier at the living room. Sam started playing and running around. When he saw the chandelier, lying on the floor, he tried to jump over it but he didn't reach and he broke one glass.

They proceeded to their rooms. Katelyn's sharing the Master's bedroom with her sister Kaye. The room next to theirs was occupied by their eldest sister. Their maid had her own room. Her grandparents had theirs too. They acted as the three girls' guardians.

Katelyn and Kaye were fixing their clothes when Katelyn felt tired. So tired. Kaye offered to fix Katelyn's clothes for her to let her sleep. Katelyn thanked her sister and took the Winnie The Pooh pillow and went to sleep.

Welcome to the Family.

During her usual school day, something unusual would come to Katelyn's life. Something, or mayeb someone that would leave a mark in her life.

It was around 4 in the afternoon. Katelyn as usual was playing with her friends. Meredith, Sam, Claudine and Samantha. They were running around when Kalley arrived from her visit to her aunts Irina and Constance.

She was carrying a small white puppy. "Katelyn, come inside here for a while." she called out. Katelyn followed and entered the house. She saw Kalley looking for a carton box. Katelyn finally asked "What's the carton for?" "It's for X." "What's X?" "That's this dogs name." Kalley answered her younger sister and smiled. She placed the puppy inside the carton.

Katelyn was afraid to approach the small dog. X. X had white fur and really dark black eyes. A Japanese Spitz. He kept whining inside the box, Katelyn stared at the small dog. His eyes looked at her in return, teary. As if asking for something.

Katelyn had overcome her fear for dogs ever since. She started carying X and play with him.

Her sister told her X's story. "He was nearly dying when I came there. Aunt Irina didn't want to take care of him. No one did. He looked really sad. I took him. Brought him here. Hoping to bring him to the veterinarian and let him live." Her sister did take X to the veterinarian and they gave him many vitamins to let him gain some strength.

Mr. and Mrs. Fields heard about X from Kalley. They asked her to change the name into Poncho. They did. But after a while, Kalley hated the name and changed it into Sam.

Katelyn thinks that maybe, the change of Sam's name from X to Poncho to Sam is the cause why Sam won't look when they call him. Cause he doesn't know his name. Or maybe, he's plain deaf.

Sam was a very cute puppy. He would sleep in the three girls' room, inside an Air consitioned room. He has his own bed. He would be fed with Pedigree dog food. Fruits.

When he's given grapes, he would start wiggling his tail and eat the grape fruit but play with it as well. He acts as if the grape fruit is his enemy then later on he would lose his concentration and start chasing his tail. He's so adorable and loving.

Loyal.

Katelyn loved this new addition to their family of 5.

Terrence Vreeland.

In Katelyn's grade 1 life. Not only did she experience to perform in front of everyone for the first time. Hated someone for the first time. What else would this seven year old girl experience?

Katelyn met Terrence Vreeland. As she saw him in her class, she experience falling for the first time. He has black hair contrasting his white complexion. Quiet, Mysterious.

Katelyn never knew much about this boy. He remained quiet in her class, which made Katelyn think about this mysterious guy. She wanted to know more about him, but she didn't know how. He was just so quiet and shy. A shy boy. Yes that's the right term.

Katelyn Fields, seven years old. Fell for the first time in her life, for a boy named Terrence Vreeland. Young love?

Her life of an endless soundtrack just had a new type of song. A love song. What's next?

Someday We'll Know.

Now that Katelyn's seven years old, her grade 1 life hasn't all been that bad. Just because, Avalon started to exist in Katelyn's life, doesn't mean she couldn't have her happy moments.

"Good Morning class!" Ms. Williams greeted the class. It was music time. Katelyn felt bored. It's true she loved music, but she felt bored because of the teacher. She had an ash brown colored hair. Which flows just above her shoulders. She looks scary, and she's mean. She reminds Katelyn of her Kindergarten teacher Ms. Rottenmeyer.

"You're going to have your practical test soon. You'll be required to sing a song."

Katelyn felt a sudden feeling of enthusiasm. She looked around and saw Avalon smirking. Katelyn rolled her eyes and faced front. She still can't stand the annoying attitude of Avalon Greene. Fine, she has the talent but she ain't got the attitude.

Katelyn got home at around 12:30. She ran towards the house and left her stroller bag for her maid to carry.

She changed her clothes and waited for her sisters impatiently.

Right after her sisters entered the door screen. "Kalley! Kaye!" shouted Katelyn. She stood up from the couch and her sister asked her "Hey, how's school?" Kalley asked. "Great. And, we have this test in music wherein we should sing a song in front f the class. I'm so excited." Katelyn spoke so fast as she told her sisters the exciting news. "But.." Katelyn's spirit suddenly went down as she looked at the floor. "But what?" Kaye asked. Katelyn looked up at her sisters and answered, "I don't know what song I would sing."

Her sisters helped her pick a song. She ended up choosing Someday We'll know. The three girls went to the mall and bought a tape of the song.

Katelyn started practicing the song. She was totally excited about this. It was the first time she would sing in front of the whole class. Okay, perform not sing. Cause she does that everyday during the assembly. This is when she gets the chance to sing, to show she can do something.

Weeks passed and it was time for the practical test. "Good morning class!" Ms. Williams greeted the class. "How's the practice going? Are you ready for your examination?" The students asnwered Yes slowly. Katelyn felt the butterflies flying in her stomach. After feeling the excitement, knowing that soon she would be performing in front of her classmates made it hard. Knowing that everyone would be looking at her as she sing, made her feel like she wanted to back out and just fail the test.

It was Avalon's turn. "Next, Ms. Greene." Ms. Williams called her name. Avalon stood up from her place and walked confidently. She was smiling as she turn to face her classmates. She finished singing and their classmates clapped. Others have finished their turn. It was Katelyn's now.

"Ms. Fields. It's your turn." Ms. Williams said. Katelyn stood up, feeling nervous. As she walked her way in front of her classmates her mind was divided. One part telling her to run for the door. To avoid possible humiliation. The other telling her to go in front and show her classmates what she's capable of.

Katelyn followed the second. She faced her classmates. Katelyn can't back out now. Ms. Williams reached out to her and passed on the microphone. Katelyn took it on one hand. She clenched her fist and decided to drive the butterflies in her stomach away.

The song's intro started playing. "Ninety miles outside Chicago." She started. Her voice was shaky. Not a very good start. She closed her eyes and started singing the next line. She opened her eyes and smiled as she continued singing. "That I was the one for you..." Katelyn finished her song.

Everyone or at least a lot of them clapped their hands. Katelyn felt happy for being able to show that she can do it.

Now that Katelyn started with one song. Would this girl's life be an endless soundtrack? Would it be all happy? Would it be sad? What are the twists she would experience?

Birthday.

Katelyn's six years old life is about to end. What do you expect her parents to do but provide her with a big birthday party.

"Hey sweetie." Her mom called. "Hey mom." "You're about to be seven years old now. We're gonna have a party is that alright with you?" "Okay mom." Katelyn answered eeling enthusiastic. "Think of the onces you want to invite okay?" "Okay." "I have to go now. Bye. Love you." "Love you too mom. Bye." That's it. They both hung up.

Her sisters Kalley and Kaye had an errand from their parents. They needed to help plan the party. Kalley and Kaye asked their grandfather to help them. Her grandpa did.

Katelyn invited her friends. Avalon wasn't one of them.

She sent out invitations as her party came closer.

Katelyn's grandfather paid for photographers.

Katelyn wore a pink dress and pink shoes. She had make up on. The contracted photographers started their job from Katelyn's house. After she wore her dress and had make up. They took photos of her. As she walked down the staircase, they did the same.

Katelyn rode a car together with her sisters. The photographers rode a seperate one and followed them to the mall where the restaurant was located.

She entered the venue, the photographers still following. They took some photos of her before the guests started to arrive.

A few minutes they did. A guy hosted the event. They scheduled some games. They served food. While the guests were eating, Katelyn roam around and took some photos with the guests.

Next, there was an intermission prepared by her cousin Camille. She sang a song.

It's time to open the gifts. The first one Katelyn opened contained a stuff toy from Blue Magic. It was an angel bear. Color yellow, had blue eyes and silvery wings and halo. Her sister approached her "Hey Katelyn, mom and dad's on the phone." She passed on the cellphone to Katelyn. "Hey mom." "Hey sweetie. Are you enjoying the party?" "Yeahp." "Good. Well, happy birthday. I love you." "Love you too mom. Thanks for the birthday." "No problem. Here's your dad." "Hey dad! Thanks for the party. I love it." "Hey Katelyn. Glad to know you do. Sorry we can't be there." "It's okay. I understand" The said goodbye to each other and hung up.

"It's time for the giveaways" The host said. "Kids, please make two straight lines." Katelyn handed over the giveaways but the kids didn't actually stay in two straight lines.

The guests left and so did Katelyn and her sisters. They went home. As for their relatives. They continued the party at Katelyn's house.

Avalon Greene.

Preschool is over and it's time to go to grade 1. With her new uniform, school supplies prepared. What's about to come to Katelyn's life? Her simple, not so pefect life.

It was 5am. Katelyn doesn't have an alarm clock but she had her maid to wake her up. She got off her bed, together with her two sisters. Still both in High School.

She took a bath, she didn't mind the chills she got from the cold water. She got used to it. She went to the dining table and the three girls ate their breakfast.

Katelyn finished early so she had time to watch the television. She listened to MTV, she actually ended up loving music, because of her sister perhaps. Her bus came. She rode the bus and as usual, waited for approximately 30 minutes just to reach the school grounds.

The conductor carried her bag from the bus to the ground. Katelyn pulled her stroller bag to her classroom. Luckily she found it easily.

She sat at a random chair and tried socializing to her new classmates. She remained like that until their teacher Ms. Candy entered their classroom. With a smile on her face. Odd, Ms. Rottenmeyer, of all the teachers Katelyn had as of her grade 1 year, was the only one with a scary face. All the others had this sweet smile and caring attitude. Totally the opposite of Katelyn's Kindergarten teacher.

Nothing much had happened for the school's start. They had contests during the month of August. One was singing. Avalon Greene, her classmate entered the competition. Sure, she was great, she won actually. Second place. Katelyn wasn't jealous of that, se just hated the fact that Avalon was so boastful of her achievement. She couldn't help hearing the tall girl soeak of her achievement like she won first.

Katelyn got irritated and started getting annoyed of Avalon. Avalon practically became Katelyn's most hated classmate during her first year in elementary.

Hillsdale Academy.

It was during her summer vacation when Katelyn's parents called her.

"Hey sweetie." Her mom greeted her. "Hello." she replied.
"Sweetie, how's your vacation?" "Fine." "Well, it's nearly time for you to go to prep. Is it okay for you to leave Earthview and take an exam at Hillsdale Academy?" "Okay." Then they said their goodbyes and hung up.

Days passed and as usual, when it comes to school, Aunt Claire came with her to take the entrance exam.

Ara had prepared Katelyn's things. Her small bag consists of coloring materials, writing materials and some paper.

Katelyn entered Hillsdale and saw big trees lined up near the building she entered.

She brought out her pencils and coloring materials. Took the test which was composed of coloring pictures and writing.

Days passed and she was informed to have passed the said exam. She bought her new uniform, books, and school supplies.

First day of school. She woke up early in the morning and rode a school bus. First time she did. She kept quiet inside the school bus for about 30 minutes. She entered Hillsdale, Ara beside her. She came to her classroom. Other kids were there already and their guardians or parents stayed outside the room waiting.

The room was fully airconditioned. The walls were painted with baby colors, to make it appeal to the little kids. The walls were also decorated with slogans or themes, and other charts.

Miss Kaye became their teacher. She was sweet and caring. Perfect for a teacher. Well, teacher of little kids.

Class ended. The next days followed and Katelyn met new people. Rose, a girl with hair reaching her shoulder became her first bestfriend.

Days passed so fast that it was nearly graduation. All the Preschool students took time to practice their graduation rites. They practiced ceratin dances. As for Katelyn's class, they practiced a dance for Christmas. They paid for costumes and all.

During the day of graduation itself, Katelyn attended together with her eldest sister, Kalley. Kalley placed make up on Katelyn. They came to Hillsdale and they took pictures to commemorate the special day. Though in preschool, Katelyn didn't receive and honor or award, it was fine. She got through preschool.

During the dance, their song was "Santa Claus is coming to town.."

Just like that, Katelyn finished her preschool year. Not so interesting right? But what's more to come to this soon to be grade 1 student? What would happen here in Hillsdale Academy? Would she stick to her old group of friends? Would she meet new bestfriends? New friends? Enemies?

Kindergarten.

So, Katelyn spent time with her family, transferred to a new house, twice, entered summer classes and bid farewell to her long time- almost family- maid. Now after finishing Summer classes, Katelyn's about to enter Kindergarten. What would happen to this little girl?

After some time, having her vacation. Katelyn needed to go to kindergarten.

She woke up, the same time she did when she was attending summer classes. She still had some sort of hang over after the long vacation. After taking a bath, the cold water sent chills to Katelyn. She was shaking. Everything almost the same on her first day of Summer Classes. Everything. Except one. Rose wasn't there to run to her and give her the towel. To comb her shoulder-length hair. This kid had a new companion. Ara. A thin brunette.

She went to the same school. Earthview Learning Center. She entered the school premises and walked the same hallways. She entered her new classroom.

Minutes passed and a lady in a teacher's uniform entered the door. She was a brunette with her hair pulled back. Katelyn immediately hated this woman. She had this cold expression on her face, which made Katelyn terrified. She's Ms. Rottenmeyer.

Katelyn spent her kindergarten as a top student.

Once, she joined a quiz bee. She didn't study. Making it almost hard for her to answer. Her competitors were great. During the contest's break, Katelyn went to the phone booth and called home. She was so nervous about the said spelling bee. Katelyn likes to be good at something but once people notices her, she starts to feel like she wants to be invisible. The periphery.

The break ends and she goes back inside the program venue. The second part of the contest proper starts. It ends. She lost. Katelyn didn't care much about losing. Her parents were proud of her being able to join a quiz bee. That's what's important.

After the quiz bee, days after, a class picture was necessary. It's practically part of student's every year in school. Every child gave out their sweetest smile as they say "Cheese!" and click. The photo is taken.

The school asked Katelyn to give a statement of account to her parents. She needed to pay some remaining balance. She did and they asked her to give the money to her parents. Trusting this little child wasn't actually a good idea. Children aren't so responsible.

Katelyn went to school with the money in her pockets. Around 5 thousand or so. Recess, Katelyn was playing in their school's playground togetehr with her friends. She saw the teacher and immediately ran to her. She told the teacher "Ma'am I'm gonna pay." Her teacher nods her head and opens her palm in front of Katelyn.

Katelyn checks her pocket for the money and there was no money. It was all lost.

Katelyn cried non-stop. Worrying about how her parent's would react.

She came home and talked to them on the phone. "Papa, *hiccup* sorry. waaaa" Katelyn said, still crying. "It's okay Katelyn. Stop crying. It's okay." Her father comforted her.

Time flew by so fast that Christmas time came near. Besides Class pictures and Field trips, Christmas parties are part of the usual events.

Katelyn attended the said event with a very cute clothing ensemble. Her hair laid down, divided into half. Hair clips on both sides. Ara with her throughout the party. She enjoyed playing with her friends as usual. Some pictures taken.

Kindergarten has ended. It's time for some recognition. Katelyn came to the recognition day with her grandfather.

After this recognition day, Kindergarten has truly ended. What's next? Would Katelyn stay in Earthview? Would she move into a new school? Meet new friends?

Farewell.

Have you ever experienced saying goodbye to people you love? People you care about and have shared a big part of your life to? It's true when people say that the people in our lives won't always be there. But does that mean you would never shed a tear?

Katelyn woke up. She opened her eyes and blinked a few times. The sun's bright rays stung her eyes. Katelyn heard her sisters voices downstairs. She turned the AC off and went downstairs to know what the commotion was all about.

She started going down the stairs, about 4 more steps until she clearly heard her sister say "Kaye, what are we going to do? Rose left. With a man!" Kalley the eldest sibling asked Kaye. Katelyn couldn't believe what she heard and reflexively sat down. Kaye saw her and stared at her, with her eyes almost popping out. Surprised. Worried. Probably worried for the reasont hat she didn't know how to tell Katelyn the entire situation without hurting her feelings and making her cry. Maybe that's what they were most worried of. But they never expected Katelyn would JUST hear their conversation.

Katelyn thought how this day started. Just like any other day. She couldn't believe that the seemingly perfect morning could end up with a tragic news. What was wrong? Why did Rose leave her? After all those years she's took care of her. What made her suddenly leave? Katelyn remained seated at the staircase. Tears started dripping. Kalley and Kaye together ran to her and comforted her.

"Why?" Katelyn asked. Her two sisters looked at each other. They obviously had no explaination for this.

Katelyn remembered the times she spent with Rose. She has been like a family. A second mother. It's like all the times she took care of Katelyn went to her mind like flashbacks. The time Katelyn got lost in the mall. The crabs she usually brings back for Katelyn. The time she cut her finger with the knife, accidentally. The time she dressed up for her first day in Summer Classes. Everything. She would never experience. Rose was gone. She wouldn't go back to Katelyn even if she asks her to.

Katelyn cried and cried. For weeks she stayed that way. She couldn't give her final farewell to Rose.

Welcome to Summer Classes.

Life isn't all about fun and play. That's what Katelyn learned after hearing her sister's talk with her aunt. Aunt Claire.

It was as usual a sunny afternoon when her aunt knocked on their door. "Hey Katelyn. How are you?" Aunt Claire asked Katelyn. "I'm fine Aunt Claire." Katelyn replied and smiled. Aunt Claire walked and then asked Rose where Kalley and Kaye were. "They're up stairs madame." she replied at the same time pointed at the stairs.

Aunt Claire climbed the stairs and knocked the wooden door three times. After hearing this, Katelyn followed her aunt. She tip toed her way up the stairs and took a glimpse of what was happening inside the room through the little open space of the door.

She listened to the conversation between her sisters and aunt. "Aunt Claire, good morning. How are you now? Oh. How are Claudette and Charles?" Kalley the oldest asked. "Well. They're doing great. How about you girls?" "We're doing fine Auntie." replied Kaye. "Well, your father called me and said it was important for you girls to talk to me." "Yes auntie. We were asked by dad to talk to you and ask some favor." "Well? What is it?" "It's about Katelyn. Mom and dad wants her to skip Nursery and just go to summerclasses. We don't know how to manage the papers or the things needed so we need your help." Kaye explained to her aunt.

Katelyn didn't listen to the other details. She went downstairs and played with Rose. Then she asked "Rose, what's Summer Classes?" Rose didn't say a word and just smiled at her. Seeing this reaction from Rose, Katelyn sighed.

Aunt Claire went down and bid Katelyn goodbye.

A few weeks passed and Aunt Claire returned. "Hey Katelyn. You're going to Summer Classes tomorrow." Aunt Claire told her enthusiastically.

The next morning, Katelyn woke up at around 5am. The sky was still dark. She took a bath. When she got out of the bathroom, she was freezing. Her body was shaking from the cold, and her hair was so wet that the water was dripping on the floor.

Rose came to her and helped her get dress. She combed her hair and even placed clips. Aunt Claire picked her up at around 5:30 am. They rode a vehicle and they both entered a building. Green painted walls with a dark green roof. The place's gates had banners with words written like "Welcome to Earthview Learnign Center!"

Aunt Claire held Katelyn's right arm and they walked through the place's hallway. They stopped in front of a pink wooden door. Katelyn felt anxious as Aunt Claire continued knocking the door. A lady opened it a little and looked at Katelyn and her aunt with a smile. She gestured them to come in.

Aunt Claire asked Katelyn to sit down and let go of her hand. She then talked to the lady. Katelyn looked around her and saw the other children sitting around her silently. Behaving. She faced her aunt again. A few minutes passed and she was still staring at her aunt, Aunt Claire looked back at her and raised her hand to say goodbye.

She walked out of the room. Katelyn was surprised with what happened. Why would Aunt Claire leave her there? Why would she just say goodbye without explaining? Why did they ask her to wake up so early in the morning just to be brought somewhere, be left and just sit? Everything happened so fast for Katelyn. As a child, she had lots of worries, new to the world. Uncomfortable staying with strangers. What's worse, no one she knew was with her.

She ran to the door. She saw Aunt Claire standing there. Looking at her. She knocked on the wooden door as tears started falling down her cheeks. The lady tried holding her and calming her down but she cried. "I wanna go home." she spoke, so soft it was hard for the people to hear. She was rubbing her eyes with her hands.

She was carried and asked to sit at the table. That's when the lady let her aunt enter the room once more.

"Katelyn. It's okay. Summer classes would be fun. You'll learn and play. I'll just be outside okay? Don't cry anymore. Don't be scared, sweetie." Aunt Claire assured her.

Katelyn continued rubbing her eyes and just nodded at her aunt. Her aunt left the room again and Katelyn went back to her place. Time after time she would look at the door. Her aunt would be looking at her and smile.

Katelyn felt relieved. She listened to whatever the lady was saying and tried socializing with the other kids.

Katelyn has always been so afraid of being alone. Yet again, it was unavoidable. She had always wanted to be somewhere she felt safe. Nowhere else. Her summer has stayed that way. Going in and out of summer classes.

Let It Bleed.

After experiencing the incident. Katelyn felt a little scared about blood. Pain. But I guess, pain just loves following her.

It was a sunny morning. The sun's rays were entering the previously dark room. Katelyn was alone in her room, with her sisters gone to school that is. She stood on top of her bed and tried shouting Rose's name. "ROOOOSE!!!" she called out. Katelyn tried a few more times hoping that maybe Rose would come soon.

Rose never came. Katelyn felt a little hungry. She climbed down the bed and walked down the stairs. One step after the other until she reached the kitchen. She tried opening the refrigerator but she was still small to be able to. She spotted a basket filled with unripe mangoes. She remembered seeing Rose cut them into pieces and serve them during some meals.

She took a small plastic stool and placed it against the wall. She climbed on top of the stool and reached out for one mango. She got down the stool and searched for the knife. She found one and took it. She went back to the stool and the mango.

She placed the knife on top of the mango and was about to cut it into half. She placed the knife deeper and the mango suddenly slipped. Next thing she knew, her fragile little hand had a cut. It was bleeding. The cut was too deep. She dropped the knife on the stainless kitchen sink just beside her.

She started crying harder, screaming for help. She walked upto the living room. The blood was dripping at the floor. It made a big mess. It didn't stop bleeding. The pain became more unbearable for Katelyn. She cried harder as the time passed.

Rose just entered the door with a smile on her face. She looked at Katelyn and was shocked with how much blood there was on the floor. She started panicing. She immediately carried Katelyn into her arms and ran up the stairs. She checked for any available aid. Opened the drawers one at a time. Rushing. While Katelyn's bruise continued bleeding.

Rose ran downstairs and up again. She knelt down and looked at Katelyn's eyes. "Katelyn, I'll just buy some bandage ok? Stay here. Promise me you'll stay and be a good girl. I'll be back as soon as I can." Rose told her, assured her everything would be fine. She said this fast. Then quickly ran down the stairs. Katelyn just heard the door slam.

She started to calm herself and waited. Looking at the blood. She sat at the corner of the room. Her back resting against the wall. Waiting. Tick tock tick tock. Then Rose came holding a lot of bandages, cottons, and more in her hands. She carried Katelyn and sat her down the bed. She looked at the bruise and cleaned it.

Katelyn winced at every touch of the cotton. Rose then placed the bandage on her finger. Katelyn stopped crying, but she was still gasping for air. It became hard for her to breathe with all the crying.

Rose took a glass of water and asked Katelyn to drink. After a while, Katelyn went back to her usual self. She sat down at the living room couch and watched television.

The sun has set when her sisters arrived from school. "Hey Katelyn" Greeted Kalley greeted her with a smile. It didn't take long until she saw the bandage on her little sister's finger. "Oh. What happened?" she asked. "Ma'am Kalley. Your sister tried cutting the mango into pieces for her to eat but the knife slipped." Rose explained.

Kalley sat dow beside Katelyn and faced her. "Are you okay, baby?" she asked. They usually call her that since she is the youngest among the three siblings. Katelyn nodded he head and looked up at her sister, then showed a big grin.

Relocation. Again.

After staying near the Thompsons, The Fields have decided to move.

The difference now was that, no relative of theirs live next door.

Katelyn didn't have a hard time adjusting. She met different kids. Meredith Ausburn was one of them. She lived in a big beige painted house with a red roof.

They played often and had fun.Meredith had black curly hair falling upto her shoulders. Meredith was cool but, she's bossy. She acts like the leader of their group just cause she's older.

They had other friends, one named Sam, Claudine and Samantha.

Claudine and Samantha are sisters. Samantha, a thin girl with black hair falling just above her shoulders. Claudine her older sister is the opposte of her. She was kind of chubby and had her hair always tied up in a pony tail.

Sam, is a girl white as the snow. She lived at the house next to Katelyn's. She wasn't allowed to leave her house while the sun was up.

One time, they played until night. They played tag. Katelyn ran holding Meredith's hand. She tripped and Meredith let go of her. They thoguht she was okay and continued playing until they heard a very loud cry from Katelyn.

They turned around and saw her upper lip bleeding. Even her knee was bleeding. They helped her up and brought her to her house. She continued crying and crying and crying.

Her sisters immediately took the first aid kit and cleaned her bruise. It took her more than an hour to calm down. Her lip was the worse. The pain lasted for days.

Crabs for Dinner.

After the relocation of houses, the Fields still tried to be close with their relatives from where they used to live. At times they would visit them. These were the times Katelyn loved the most. Her bond with those relatives were obviously tighter than those of the ones with her.

It was morning and Mr. Fields had planned to visit Aunt Emily, Aunt Constance, Aunt Irina and Grandmother Clarice.

By lunch time, Katelyn saw her cousins, Sydney and Jane. They played 'til sunset. Played different games. Simple games that made them really happy as a child.

"Katelyn, time to go." Joe told her daughter. "Okay, papa" Katelyn replied to her father with her squeaky child voice. She was sad to be seperated from her cousins but she just followed her father.

She rode the car and now stayed in the front seat beside her father. She fell asleep, exhausted, probably for playing the whole day.

"Wake up, Katelyn. We're home." Katelyn's father woke her up. She was in her father's arms. She rubbed her eyes then blinked a few times. Everyone was looking at her, smiling. Welcoming her.

Someone ran from inside their house. "Katelyn!!" Rose yelled. She ran to Katelyn, holding a big serving dish containing crabs. "I brought crabs from home. Big ones. I cooked them. I know you like." Rose told her enthusiastically.

Katelyn gave out a big grin. She loved eating crabs, especially ones brought by Rose. The big crabs from her hometown.

Rose asked Joe to carry the dish and also asked if she could carry Katelyn. He nodded and took the dish from her hands. She carried Katelyn like a princess.

For someone as thin as Rose, it was amazing how strong she is. Though Katelyn wasn't heavy.

They entered the house and Katelyn ate her favorite food.

House Transfer.

After the family bonding time Katelyn experienced with her father, It's time for them to relocate. Time to bid goodbye to her cousins, aunts, uncles and grandmother.

The Fields packed their things. After the sun has set, they bid goodbye to their family.

Katelyn started crying at the thought of being far away from her cousins. She was so close with them. She became sad for she would stay somewhere far from Aunt Emily.

Katelyn as usual was seated by the window and was staring at the sky. It was night time and it almost felt like deja vu. The sky was brightly lit again by the stars and the moon. It didn't take long until Katelyn found out that they're in their new home.

Her aunt Amy welcomed them. They live a few houses away from their relative's house. The Thompsons.

Aunt Amy had a husband and two children.A boy and a girl. Ken and Arian. Ken is older than Katelyn by 5 years. He loves video game, listening to music and sports. Arian is younger than Katelyn by 3 years. She loves singing, playing with dolls, and she's a little snob. Uncle Kristian, was a very humorous and caring person. It didn't take long until Katelyn got used to his company. At times it was him who stayed with Katelyn and play. Katelyn became happy and comfortable with her new home.

Lost.

Another chance the Field's took to have a family bonding time. But yet again, Mrs. Lizbeth Fields isn't part of it.

Katelyn rode their car and sat beside her maid. She bid goodbye to her cousins, aunts, uncles and grandmother. "Bye aunty, uncle, grandma" Katelyn said with her somehow squeaky voice.

Their car left the house's front. Katelyn stared outside the car and looked at the different places. She stayed that way until they reached the mall. Her father parked their car at the mall's parking lot and then grabbed Katelyn's hand.

She clung to him, to feel safe. She skipped and skipped her way to the mall. Her father smiled at her each time she looks at him. She points at some toys then her father would ask "Do you like this?" while holding the toy. Katelyn would then nod her head. Her father would bring the toy to the cashier then pay for it. Katelyn and her sisters also went to some clothes store. They would try on different clothes and ask their father to pay for some of the good ones.

Kaelyn loved toys. They went to the toy section of the mall. Katelyn still clung to her father's hand. Her sister's went to the clothes section. They called their father. "You want to see more toys?" asked Joe to Katelyn. She nodded again. "Rose, stay with Katelyn for a while. I'll just go to Kalley and Kaye." "Okay" was Rose's only response.

Joe went to his 2 other daughters, Katelyn's sisters. Katelyn had a lot of fun looking at the different toys. Rose then didn't pay attention to her. She tugged her hand to catch her attention but Rose was busy looking at the guys. Rose as a maid was good but the only problem is, she tends to have boyfriends and all catching her attention.

Katelyn got impatient since she really wanted to see a toy. As a kid, it was normal. She then ran to look at the toy. After some time, she tried going back to where she left Rose. But she couldn't find the place. She ran and ran. She started crying. Still continued running. She even tripped. She got up and started running again. She wanted to find her father and hold his hand again. To feel the warmth of his hand, the security. She wanted to feel safe again. She feared the people around her. She climbed stairs, continued running. Her tears continued falling, harder this time. She used the back of her hand to wipe the tears away but she didn't stop running that's when she bumped into someone.

She stopped and saw a man standing in front of her. "Hey little miss, where's your parents?" asked the man. "waaaaa" Katelyn cried so hard. "Don't worry, I'm the mall's security guard. I'll help you. We'll look for your parents. What does your parents look like?" "My*hiccup* daddy. Is.. " she described her father. "Okay. We'll look for your father and sisters."

The security guard held Katelyn's hand. Though he's not the same man as her father. She still felt safe and her cries eventually turned to sobs.

"Katelyn!!" she heard someone yell. It was her sister Kalley. After seeing her sister, Katelyn let go of the man's hand and ran to her sister. She ran as fast as she could and then hugged her sister. She started crying hard again. Now not because of fear but happiness and relief that she was back to somewhere safe.

Her father carried her. He then thanked the security guard for helping Katelyn.

They went back to the parking lot and rode their car. In their car, Joe never stopped reprimanding Rose for leaving Katelyn. Rose kept silent and only replied sorry time and again. They returned home.

Family Time = Movie Time.

Katelyn's mother left her. Her father isn't usually home. Her sister's usually fight. So what else do you expect this family of five do when they see each other? Bond, of course. Well, let's cut 5 to 4 since her mother wasn't there.

It was a dark night. The sky was filled with brightly lit stars and the moon. The moon which had a perfect circle shape shining brightly. Katelyn continued staring at the moon from inside their car. Her sisters sat beside her. It felt like a very long day, but Katelyn still felt enthusiastic.

They reached the front of their house. Their maid opened the gate and they parked their car in the garage. Katelyn got off the car and ran to their house. The little girl wore a dress and had her hair on pigtails. She continued running until she saw her cousins and aunts waiting for them. She stopped and then smiled, then ran again to Aunt Emily. She hugged her then said hi. Aunt Emily hugged her back. Then Katelyn sat down beside her.

Her father entered the living room. He brought out the newly released dvd of Titanic. Katelyn waited patiently for her father to set the movie player. They turned the lights off and the movie started showing.

Katelyn cried, laughed and at times lost her attention from watching the movie to going to her father and sisters and try playing with them.

Katelyn had so much fun that night. She treasured the family time she could have. She cherished every moment, maybe because she don't usually get the chance to spend time with her sisters and father.

Katelyn Fields.

Katelyn Fields. Born on the 27th day of July, year 1995. Mother, Lizbeth Fields. Caring, thoughtful and a loving mother to her three daughters.

Lizbeth Fields grew up in a broken family. Her mother Clarice and father Albert had an annulment. Reason? Cheating. Albert never got tired of cheating. He would leave his wife and go to his job then meet with a woman. In fact, the women he meets changes each time. It was right for them to be divorced, if they didn't who knew what Clarice could've done with her life. She was willing to kill for her love's sake. Willing to kill another human being, another woman, who was committing a sin for the same reason; love.

Albert was a handsome man in his younger age. It's not surprising how many girls would love him. He didn't stop from cheating. Clarice would run away. Albert would follow her and ask her to come back. He would promise to stop. Albert actually had an illness. Clarice acted happy and bitter. It was obvious she was sad for her beloved. He never stopped. It was like a cycle. It only ended when Clarice stopped herself from being a martyr. Well, the pain for Clarice. But about Albert's habit of going out with girls. It didn't.

They had 6 children. 4 girls and 2 boys. Emily, Lizbeth, Constance, Irina, Robert, and the last, unknown.

He was unknown for the mere fact that Katelyn never knew him. She only knows the informations her mother told her. No proof. She just relied to her mother's memories of him.
He was described as a boy with an angelic face. Someone caring and kind. The perfect guy someone would love. The perfect son parents would love to have.

All those perfection gone to waste. He died. At a very young age. Because of some illness.

Father, Jonathan Fields. A loving, caring father. A big-spender as well.

He grew up in a family known in their part of the province. His relatives were part of the world of politics. He had 6 siblings. mostly girls.

Her eldest sister, Kalle Fields, age 21. Her other sister, Kaye Fields, age 20.

KF, their initials. Taken from some protest group their parents joined against some president.

Katelyn's father wasn't usually home, as a seaman, he would only be home for some weeks and leave. In the age of two, her mother left. She went to Israel.

Katelyn stayed with Kalley and Kaye, her two sisters. With her aunts from the mother's side Emily, Constance and Irina.

Aunt Emily had a japanese husband, a son and a daughter. Her son's name is Miko. He's Katelyn's favorite cousin. The truth is, Miko has some mental illness or disability. He's not normal. In the age of 17, he still needs help. People call him, autistic. Katelyn loves him 'cause he never hurts people. He loves to eat and his most memorable quality; he's good at playing with ball. He could twirl a ball through his finger. Dribble it and all. He doesn't speak but he's still sweet. His sister, Akemi is another favorite cousin of Katelyn. She's so sweet and caring. At first, she only knew how to speak Japanese but after a while, she learned their langauge. She's at least 5 years younger than Katelyn. She loves dogs, cartoons and princesses.

Aunt Constance had a daughter. Her name's Sydney. A year older than Katelyn. She grew up without her mother beside her. Just like Katelyn. She lived with her father and so it's not surprising that she's turned out to act like a boy. A lesbian i guess is the right term. For Katelyn, Sydney's beauty has gone to waste.

Aunt Irina had four daughters. Jane, Yvonne, Marie and Sofee. Jane was two years older than Katelyn. Yvonne younger by at least 3 years. There's this conflict with Jane. She isn't really Irina's first daughter. But she was Uncle Ben's first daughter, with a different woman. It was obvious. She had a different look from her sisters. Jane's close with Sydney. They were somehow inseperable.

She also stayed with her Grandmother and a maid.

Her grandmother Clarice with the help of their maid Rose took care of Katelyn.

They stayed in a house. A white painted house with a green roof. A mini-playground built at their backyard. Beside their house is Aunt Emily's house. A white painted house as well with a red painted roof.

Aunt Emily is Katelyn's closest aunt. She have been like a mother to Katelyn, she even organized some of Katelyn's birthdays. In replace for her mother that is. She took videos, pictures and more of Katelyn as a child.
